Milos with the ancient windmills and a chic resort , the best wind and color of the water,but also a rather difficult entry in the water and a little bit choppy. More of an intermediate or advanced spot. Also good for surf boards as days with a N wind do have some waves. Kite spot is fancy and nice with green grass to the beach, bar, restaurant and rentals.
The Wooden Bridge spot, next to the fort guarding the island, it is a flat spot as a reef blocks out the energy of the sea. It is a few knots less than at the windmills and wind picks up a little later in the day. Beautiful beach , shallow water lagoon and a small bar with good music to have some fun on the beach.
Agios Nikolaos Spot, a beginner and advanced spot, a place where a lot of people learned how to kite. It has very flat water, less wind, a sand beach and it is shallow close to the shore, so a great place to learn. Very youthful atmosphere and an advanced spot for freestyle, with offshore wind and mirror flat water surface.
